Urgently seeking an IT Sales Account Manager for a well reputed IT Firm
Title: IT Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.
He/ She will be required to work closely with clients to identify their needs,
provide solutions that meet their requirements, and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue
goals.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels,
such as networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and
requirements.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate terms of sales
agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed and
delivered on time.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support.
- Monitor and report on sales activity and progress to the Management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to keep UpToDate with market trends
and technologies.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and
competitive activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM
systems.
- Handling IT products and following up with concerned teams for the smooth
process and completion.
- Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate and relate to subjects, issues, and clients at many
levels.
Requirements:
- Should have relevant recognized formal qualifications – University level.
- Prior work experience of 2 to 5 years in managing Enterprise & SMB
customers in the field of IT – Mandatory.
- Background and knowledge of IT/System environments (Storage, Server,
Network) - Mandatory
- Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is essential in this job role.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style.
- Familiarity with MS Office Applications, i.e., word, Excel, PowerPoint is a
must.
- Candidates with driving license and Visa 18 holders are preferred.
