Supply Chain Manager
Experience:
‎7+ years supply chain management experience
‎5+ years procurement or service management experience
Experience with European and MENA supply chains preferred.
Experience in food service is preferred
Multi-brand, multi-market, multi-channel management experience is preferred
High SKU count performance management experience
Supervisor-Quality Assurance
Role Requirements:-
Manage supplier approval process: by make sure all the documents are received
and reviewed within a specific timeline, and the supplier is moving to the
next stage of approval swiftly. To make sure that all the notifications are
sent to Supply Chain to inform them of supplier progress.
Supervisor-Quality Assurance - Hospitality - Kuwait
Role Requirements:-
Manage supplier approval process: by make sure all the documents are received
and reviewed within a specific timeline, and the supplier is moving to the
next stage of approval swiftly. To make sure that all the notifications are
sent to Supply Chain to inform them of supplier progress.
Follow up on pending suppliers with the respective QA personnel.
Follow up with all relevant parties according to supplier approval processes
including confirmation of utcome (approval status)
Generate Monthly Approved and Non Approved Suppliers List on MyAEP Database
·Manage product approval: make sure that all the high risk or critical
products undergo risk assessment and all the needed documents are requested
and assessed within a reasonable time line. Ensure the outcome is communicated
with SC and the information are logged in trackers.
·Manage specification approval: request specification for every new product,
upon receiving product specification, Regular communication to complete the
spec and sign it by all involved personnel. Make sure that the spec database
and tracker are always up to date.
·Manage APL Approval: to make sure that all APLs are reviewed, and coordinate
with QA and SC teams on any vendor/product issues
·Provide high quality and accurate reports to the team, stakeholders, brands
and supplier (SBX Cath Up Updates, Brand QA Forum, Monthly, Quarterly and
Yearly Reports) and other Adhoc reports
·Provide support to NPD team & Regional Supply Chain for their projects which
involves product/supplier approval
·Provide support to FSQA Manager and HR Recruitment team while hiring new
candidate or replacement for Coordinator in case there’s any vacancy.
Head Chef
Qualifications & Requirements:
‎3 years experience in leading a team of junior staff.
A recognized hospitality qualification or relevant experience.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Skill, dedication and efficiency are absolute necessities for this role, but
above all a passion for food that will inspire your fellow chefs and delight
your clientele, keeping them returning time and again to relish in the dishes
you create.
Store Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven store management experience.
Retail fashion or Health & Beauty management experience.
Excellent English skills.
Good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and networking skills.
The ability to develop and motivate a team.
Visual Merchandising Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least ‎3 years' retail operations experience including ‎2 years in visual
merchandising management.
Experience in budget planning and control.
Good planning and organisational skills.
The ability to apply sound brand principles to projects and campaigns.
Computer literate.
A Qualification in Visual Merchandising or Art & Design is also an advantage.
Beauty Advisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of ‎1 year experience in sales, cosmetics or beauty products.
Good energy and communication skills.
Fluency in the Arabic language.
Good knowledge of skin care products is an advantage.
Head Chef
Qualifications & Requirements:
‎3 to ‎5 years experience in leading a team of junior staff.
