Senior Financial Associate
About the job
The Senior Associate will have the responsibility of managing diverse
financial advisory projects, including buy-side and sell-side M&A;, financial
due diligence, and valuation. He will oversee senior client management,
ensuring project delivery within the defined scope and timeline, growing
client relationships, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Project management of primarily financial advisory projects including buy-side
and sell-side M&A;, financial due diligence and valuation
Senior client management during project execution
Ensure delivery of projects as per scope and timeline
Grow relationship with client portfolio assigned to work on by partners
Develop proposals for potential projects in line with firm strategy and
service lines Training, overseeing and managing junior team members
Position Requirements:
Must have 5-6 years of experience working in financial advisory
Experience managing highly relevant transactions in financial advisory(not
only feasibility studies)
Strong understanding of accounting and finance
Experience creating and evaluating financial models including (three statement
models and discounted cash flow models) Familiar with both intrinsic and
relative valuation methodologies
· Business degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
MBA is a preferred, especially if undergrad degree is not a business major
Familiar with using Capital-IQ or similar data providers
Advanced usage and experience with Microsoft Office Tools/Apps (Excel,
PowerPoint)
Strong presentation skills
