About the job
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Secretary General at Kuwait
Digital Technologies Co. located in Shuwaikh. The Assistant Secretary General
will be responsible for managing office operations and providing
administrative support to executives. They will ensure efficient office
procedures, handling correspondence, arranging travel, filing, and maintaining
accurate records.
Qualifications
Should be able to communicate in Arabic and English, Oral as well as written
form.
Should be able to work under Pressure.
Ability to handle in house workers and assign work with in-line communication.
Ability to take regular follow ups and update details.
Knowledge of computer software like word & excel is a must.
A bit of technical knowledge will be a added plus.
