Summary
The Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible to assist with the efficient
running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate
Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner
expectations. The Chef de Partie -
Sous Chef - Arabic Cuisine
Summary
1、Monitors all cost in the Materials Department and initiates and maintains
measures to control these.
2、Contributes to all forecasting and business planned activities by providing
historical information and cost projections.
3、Assists with the preparation of the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring
Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs
of employees.
Cluster Revenue Manager
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years work experience as Revenue Manager in a 5* luxury property.
Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism
management.
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Massage Therapist
Qualifications
Holder of an international certification in physical therapy or Spa treatments
Minimum of 2 years work experience as Therapist or Masseur/euse.
Able to deal effectively and interact well with guests and co-workers
