Kuwait City. The newly-renovated property offers 179 rooms, suites, and

minutes from major shopping districts. With authentic restaurants and lounges

Spa is the perfect destination for both leisure and business travellers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City. We are seeking a
Telesales Agent to join our team. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for
making outbound sales calls to potential guests, promoting the Palms Beach
Hotel & Spa and its services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
The Telesales Agent will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team,
follow up on leads generated through various channels, and aim to meet or
exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or Telesales
Femaleonly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening,
negotiation, and objection handling
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask
and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy, with basic proficiency in MS Office and data
entry
Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language proficiency is
a plus
