• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Update the staff database and maintains employee records
in an online system.
• Maintains confidentiality of information
• Assist to Director of HR with recruitment maintain employee
records.
• Assist with payroll processing and provide administrative
support to all employees.
• Overseeing new employee on board orientation and
training plan.
• Knowledge of Ms. Office and power points
