As a Key Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and
maintaining relationships with
our key clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction,
driving revenue growth, and
identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate
should have excellent
communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of
sales and account
management principles.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their
main point of contact
Understand and anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet
their objectives
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and
services to existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery
of client projects
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely
manner
Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue
growth
Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance to senior
management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum ‎1-‎6 years of experience in key account management or a similar role
Have experience in F&B; or FMCG industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

المرشح المفضل:
- خبرة لا تقل عن ‎1-‎6 سنوات في إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية أو دور مماثل
لديك خبرة في صناعات الأغذية والمشروبات أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة
اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
قدرة قوية على التفاوض والإقناع
سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها
القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء
منظمة للغاية وموجهة نحو التفاصيل
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق
