Demonstrated ability to form a deep understanding of the product development
process, including defining a product strategy & roadmap aligned with
organization’s strategic goals, vision & timelines
Ability to define the vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around
the vision for the product.
Ability to gather and assess customer feedback, leveraging insights to refine
product features, requirements, and overall user experience.
Ability to collaborate and work closely with engineering team to deliver with
quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Ability to use data to understand product performance and shape future of
product
Ability to establish and nurture strong partnerships & relationships with
internal & external stakeholders
Experience working with high-growth startups or high-paced, high-performance
organizations globally
At least ‎3+ years' experience in product management roles
