Job Description
A night supervisor is responsible for managing the hotel's operation during
night shift hours, attending
to guests' inquiries and requests, and monitoring the staff's performance.
Night supervisors maintain the
cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, as well as inspecting the
efficiency of hotel tools and
equipment, and ensuring the adequacy of hotel stock inventories. He process
guests' reservations, and
strategize on procedures to boost the company's brand in the market. A night
supervisor must have
excellent communication and leadership skills, especially on resolving guests'
complaints and
maximizing the productivity of staff.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the overall operation of the hotel during the night time hours
Attending to guests' needs and requirements including check in and check out
procedures
Maintain presentation of key front of house areas to include some cleaning
duties
Handle telephone enquiries including basic hotel reservations
Ensuring all systems, processes, and SOP’s are up-to-date and are regularly
reviewed
Coordinate all emergency procedures in the event of any incident in and around
the hotel premises and grounds including fire and other serious incidents
Undertake night audit procedures
Responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests whilst on
duty, whilst adhering to company policy and procedures
Acting as a lobby host at key times
Ensuring the team are performing tasks to the departmental SOP’s
Following up guest complaints and take appropriate guest recovery action
Ensuring cash handling processes are followed at all times
Ensuring completion of all night audit and related documents throughout the
shift and are submitted as per company standards
Skills
Have a relevant degree such as Collage and Bachelor's Degree
3 years Previous experience in a similar hospitality operation and specially
working at night
A responsible and detailed approach to tasks
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work alone without supervision
Experience of supervising the work of others
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive
Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
Computer literacy including experience and using of hotel system
Ability to remain calm whilst under extreme pressure or in emergency
situations

مهارات
الحصول على درجة علمية ذات صلة مثل درجة الكلية والبكالوريوس
3 سنوات من الخبرة السابقة في عملية ضيافة مماثلة والعمل ليلاً بشكل خاص
نهج مسؤول ومفصل للمهام
مهارات خدمة العملاء المتميزة
القدرة على العمل بمفرده دون إشراف
خبرة في الإشراف على عمل الآخرين
أن تتمتع بشخصية عظيمة وأن تكون صادقًا وودودًا ومنتبهًا
ممتاز تحدثا وكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
محو الأمية الحاسوبية بما في ذلك الخبرة واستخدام نظام الفندق
