Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent
will be responsible for
handling incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and relevant
medical advice, and referring
callers to appropriate medical professionals if necessary. The Call Center
Agent will also maintain up-
to-date knowledge of medication and medical conditions, and conduct follow-up
calls with customers
as required:
Receive& handle customer orders through phone calls.
Enter the customer information into the system.
Perform the payment online task.
Receive, handle, track & close the customer inquiries.
Receive the customer complaints& feedback through the various communication
channels, handle it and escalate it to the Customer Centric Agent for further
closure.
Insurance Handling (receive the claims, proceed with approvals, forward it to
the pharmacists).
Perform the job of medical consultancy and reply to all the customer
inquiries.
Social Media Applications handling:
1-Instagram Handling (Retailing, customer complaints, customer inquiries,
medical consultancy,
receiving orders through direct messages).
2-WhatsApp Handling (Retailing, customer complaints, customer inquiries,
medical consultancy, receiving orders through direct messages, update the
daily status with the daily offers).
3-Website, Taw9eel, Talabat handling orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy or any equal qualification.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on
the phone
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and ability to remain
calm and professional under pressure
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite

سيكون وكيل مركز الاتصال مسؤولاً عن
التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة من العملاء وتقديم المشورة الطبية الدقيقة وذات
الصلة والإحالة
المتصلين بالمهنيين الطبيين المناسبين إذا لزم الأمر.
سيحافظ وكيل مركز الاتصال أيضًا على ما يلي:
المعرفة الحديثة بالأدوية والحالات الطبية وإجراء مكالمات المتابعة مع العملاء
كما هو مطلوب:
تلقي ومعالجة طلبات العملاء من خلال المكالمات الهاتفية.
إدخال معلومات العميل في النظام.
تنفيذ مهمة الدفع عبر الإنترنت.
تلقي ومعالجة وتتبع وإغلاق استفسارات العملاء.
تلقي شكاوى العملاء وملاحظاتهم من خلال قنوات الاتصال المختلفة والتعامل معها
وتصعيدها إلى الوكيل المرتكز على العملاء لمزيد من الإغلاق.
التعامل مع التأمين (استلام المطالبات، متابعة الموافقات، تحويلها إلى الصيادلة).
القيام بمهمة الاستشارات الطبية والرد على جميع استفسارات العملاء.
التعامل مع تطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي:
1- التعامل مع الانستقرام (البيع بالتجزئة، شكاوى العملاء، استفسارات العملاء،
الاستشارات الطبية،
استقبال الطلبات من خلال الرسائل المباشرة).
2- التعامل عبر الواتس اب (البيع بالتجزئة، شكاوى العملاء، استفسارات العملاء،
الاستشارات الطبية، استقبال الطلبات عبر الرسائل المباشرة، تحديث الحالة اليومية
بالعروض اليومية).
3-Website, Taw9eel, Talabat handling orders.
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو أي مؤهل مماثل.
مهارات اتصال لفظي قوية والقدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال عبر الهاتف
خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين، والقدرة على التزام الهدوء
والمهنية تحت الضغط
القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد في بيئة جماعية وتلقي التوجيهات من المشرفين
الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
المعرفة والخبرة الأساسية بالكمبيوتر مع مجموعة Microsoft Office
