Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Landscape
Project Manager. The Landscape Project Manager will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of landscape design and construction projects, ensuring
that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. The Landscape Project Manager will also be responsible for managing
teams, liaising with clients to understand their requirements, and providing
expert advice on landscape design and construction.
Requirements
Conducting research on plant materials, sustainable design practices, and
emerging trends in landscape architecture.
Selecting appropriate plant species and materials for projects, based on site
conditions, environmental factors, and client preferences.
Profit and Loss responsibility for the project
Preparing cost estimates and budgets for landscape projects.
Subcontractor coordination and management in tandem with the site team.
Checking measurements, timesheets, and invoices
Overseeing the safe and timely completion of the construction project
Liaise with the client on all matters related to the project execution and
delivery.
Handling the team of laborers and Technical Staff.
