sized projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

GCC country. The GCC countries referred to here are: The State of Kuwait, The
Kingdom of Bahrain, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Sultanate of Oman, The
State of Qatar, and The United Arab Emirates. This is a preferred but not
mandatory requirement.
You will have strong grasp of procedural requirements & necessity of providing
an Audit Trail for Management purposes.
You will have experience working with general office software; If you have any
engineering software experience, your profile will be given first preference.
You will have the ability to interact effectively with people of all
nationalities & cultures while using clear, fluent, and expressive verbal and
written language to convey information and ideas; an individual with excellent
communication and people skills, a consummate developer of relationship(s) on
a sustainable and long-term basis.
You will demonstrate an ability to lead/coach/mentor colleagues and/or staff.
You will have the ability to work under tight time constraints with excellent
time management and planning skills as well as manage multiple priorities.

communication and people skills, a consummate developer of relationship(s) on
a sustainable and long-term basis.
You should be familiar with the necessary engineering and organizational
controls required to prevent damage to the environment.
You should have experience in environmental issues in design, construction or
operation of landfill installations, including handling permits for plants,
utilities, water treatment, wastewater treatment, petrochemicals, oilfield
production and related hazardous disposals. Shall be capable of assisting /
preparing Environmental Impact Assessment, conceptual site Modelling,
Environmental Control for projects and ensure compliance during all stages of
the Project.

guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
· Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU,
etc. Understand and follow OH&S; procedures.

· B.Sc.Eng. Degree.
Essential Skills/Experience
Essential:
Proven ability to organise and manage teams of discipline engineers across a
diverse portfolio of projects.
Proven record in mentoring, training and technology transfer to location
nationals.
Excellent skills with relevant software including MS Office suite.
Dispute resolution.
Ability to interact effectively with people and use clear, fluent and
expressive verbal and written language to convey information and ideas.
Broad based knowledge of the requirements for process engineering through all
phases of project life cycle, from FEED through to Commissioning, within Oil &
Gas or related industries.
Desirable:
PMC experience required.
Experience with advanced engineering design tools and data systems.
Head - Estimation Engineering (Manager, Estimating)
Preferred Qualification(s) and/or Experience:
‎1. You will possess either an engineering degree and/or an equivalent diploma
from an accredited college or university. This is an essential contractual
requirement.
‎2. You must have work experience working within PMC projects in the above-
mentioned industries.
‎3. You will have experience working with advanced engineering tools, data
systems & other general office / engineering software will be given first
preference.
‎4. You will have the ability to interact effectively with people of all
nationalities & cultures while using clear, fluent, and expressive verbal and
written language to convey information and ideas. An individual with excellent
communication and people skills, a consummate developer of relationship(s) on
a sustainable and long-term basis.
‎5. You will have broad based knowledge of the requirements for process
