Job Summary
The primary role of the Accountant is to support the functional activities in
accounting and reporting.
This will include receivables & payable accounting, general ledger, fixed
assets, inventory, cash and banking accounting.

Job Responsibilities
• To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company
financial ledgers.
• To efficiently and accurately reconcile financial transactions and balances
in the company records to supporting documentation.
• To handle any of the above responsibilities reporting to the Accounts
Manager
• To be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of
accurate accounting information.
• To maintain compliance with company policies in the area assigned,
proactively seeking to solve issues faced.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelors of Accounting/Commerce and display good relevant accounting
knowledge
• A minimum of ‎1 years of work experience in general accounting role
• Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP /Hyperion (Optional)
• Good communication skills in English, (Arabic an advantage)– Verbal &
Written
• Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as
business requirements dictate.
• Willingness to accept additional assignments.

ملخص العمل
الدور الأساسي للمحاسب هو دعم الأنشطة الوظيفية في المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير.
وسيشمل ذلك محاسبة الذمم المدينة والدائنة، ودفتر الأستاذ العام، والأصول
الثابتة، والمخزون، والمحاسبة النقدية والمصرفية.

مسؤوليات العمل
• ضمان التسجيل الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للمعاملات في دفاتر الأستاذ المالية
للشركة.
• التوفيق بين المعاملات المالية والأرصدة في سجلات الشركة بكفاءة ودقة والوثائق
الداعمة.
• للتعامل مع أي من المسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه تقديم التقارير إلى "مدير
الحسابات".
• أن تكون لاعباً فعالاً في الفريق وأن تساهم في تسليم المعلومات المحاسبية
الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب.
• الحفاظ على الامتثال لسياسات الشركة في المنطقة المعينة، والسعي بشكل استباقي
إلى حل المشكلات التي تواجهها.

متطلبات المرشح
• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة/التجارة وعرض المعرفة المحاسبية الجيدة ذات الصلة
• ما لا يقل عن ‎1 سنة من الخبرة في العمل في دور المحاسبة العامة
• المعرفة بحلول MS Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint)
• المعرفة بـ SAP /Hyperion (اختياري)
• مهارات تواصل جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة) – لفظياً وكتابياً
• يجب أن تكون موثوقة ومخصصة ومرونة للعمل لساعات إضافية حسب ما تمليه متطلبات
العمل.
• الاستعداد لقبول مهام إضافية.
