Real Estate Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Source Real Estate for various Business activities
Review, negotiate and sign lease agreements
• Maintain property database, property valuations
Maintain market rates
Maintain database for RE Market
Weekly/monthly reports on RE hot deals in the market (commercial, industrial &
investment sectors)
• Work on ideas and projects to develop AI’s active.
Work on getting a replacement on all locations.
Keep track of any new industrial land offerings by the government.
Follow up with government branches on pressing issues and assist in official
communication.
Assist with payment of utility bills
Candidate Requirements:
• Fluent bilingual in English & Arabic
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi lease agreements
• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of Real Estate Market
• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the Municipal Governmental
and Commercial Licensing Procedures for Real Estate Business.
• Should have a wealth of contacts and relations with landlords, Brokers and
Government Authorities related to the business
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Relations Expertise
• Holds a valid driving license • Computer literate
• At least ‎5 -‎7 years’ experience in Real Estate and proven track record.
• Should ideally be registered as a Real Estate Broker
• Must have intimate knowledge of local Real Estate market from exposure for
minimum of ‎5 - ‎7 years in the local industry
