Job Description:
Epic Design Kuwait is currently seeking a Lighting Designer with a passion for
creating captivating visual experiences. As a Lighting Designer, your primary
responsibility will be to design and implement innovative lighting concepts
for various projects, including corporate events, exhibitions, retail spaces,
and architectural lighting. You will collaborate closely with clients,
architects, and interior designers to ensure seamless integration of lighting
designs into the overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative lighting designs that enhance and elevate the aesthetics
of spaces and environments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand
project requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed lighting plans, layouts, and designs using industry-
standard software.
- Select appropriate lighting fixtures, equipment, and technologies to
achieve desired effects and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate installation
and setup of lighting designs.
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure proper implementation and adjustments as
necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging lighting design trends, technologies, and
industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a
related field.
- Proven experience as a Lighting Designer, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., AutoCAD, AGI32, Dialux,
etc.).
- Strong knowledge of lighting principles, technologies, and hardware.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
simultaneously.
