Architectural Draftsman
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join
our team.
Responsibilities:
* Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
* Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project stakeholders.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project team to meet deadlines and project objectives.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
* Maintain a library of drawings and related project files for reference and future use.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
* Strong knowledge of architectural drafting principles and practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of 3D modeling software and visualization tools is a plus.
