Junior Architect
About the job
Position Overview:
Support in various architecture and interior projects which include drawings,
site visits, coordination between services and at the site, follow-up, and
documentation.
Technical Responsibilities
Prepare all the required drawings to deliver a clear idea about the project.
Coordination with all services to be able to budget and implement the project.
Support in the preparation of BOQ and specifications.
Review construction drawings to ensure they meet building codes and
regulations and comply with safety standards.
Support the SPE during the project planning, inception, and execution. Suggest
adaptations to design and timeframe if necessary.
Follow up the project execution to ensure the quality of work performed by
contractors.
Assist in the preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.
Assist in the preparation of plans for existing buildings where plans are not
available.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
‎0-‎2 years of practical experience in similar responsibilities is required
