Summary
As a Graphic Designer at Razzmatazz Hospitality, you will have the opportunity
to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand presence of
our F&B; establishments. You will use your creative talents to design
compelling and visually engaging content for various marketing and promotional
materials. Your work will directly impact on our ability to attract and engage
customers and set our restaurants apart in the competitive F&B; industry. You
will also be responsible for conceptualizing and developing illustrations,
visuals, logos, editing, and other designs related to promotional materials
and production works using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
After Effects, Premiere, and more.Primary Responsibility
Create visually stunning and effective graphic design elements for marketing
campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
Design eye-catching and consistent visual content for menus, signage, and
promotional materials to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing
strategies, ensuring that visual content aligns with brand guidelines and
campaign objectives.
Produce high-quality digital and print assets, such as posters, flyers,
banners, and digital ads, that resonate with our target audience.
Conceptualize and develop illustrations, visuals, logos, and other design
elements related to promotional materials and production works.
Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere,
and more to bring your creative concepts to life.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and
platforms.
Continuously stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep our
materials fresh and innovative.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and
maintaining quality.
Support the creation of multimedia content, including video graphics, for
marketing campaigns and social media.
Assist with the development of visual elements for special events and
promotions, both in-house and off-site.
Skills & Qualification:
Required Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
Strong visual and creative thinking with the ability to translate marketing
objectives into visually engaging designs.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry design.
Knowledge of video editing and animation software (Plus)
Reporting Structure:
The Graphic will report directly to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing
Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer and the rest of
the marketing team.
