Role Description
As a Business Development and Growth role at Value Plus Business Advisory
located in Kuwait City, this is a full-time on-site role. The Business
Development and Growth role will be responsible for creating and implementing
strategies to strengthen the organization's market position in Kuwait,
identify and close new business opportunities, develop relationships with key
stakeholders, and promote the firm's services and solutions. This role will
work closely with different departments to strategize and implement marketing
initiatives to increase the business’s revenue and scope of services offered.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related
field; Master's preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and growth roles
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans
Experience in marketing and promoting services and solutions
Knowledge of finance and accounting industry concepts and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Kuwait is preferred
