Alzheimer's patients, elderly parents, new mothers, or those recovering from
surgery, MyCare Home Care provides compassionate and dependable caregivers.
Our CARE team approach allows for remote participation in loved ones' care via
the internet.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be
responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified
candidates for various positions in the company. The Recruiter will also be
responsible for posting job openings, coordinating with hiring managers to
determine staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Experience in hiring nurses for over than ‎5 years or hired ‎200 nurses from any
recruitment agencies to Kuwait
Experience in full-cycle recruiting process
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Kuwait
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

خبرة في عملية التوظيف ذات الدورة الكاملة
- معرفة بقوانين وأنظمة العمل في الكويت
اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
