SENIOR SPECIALIST – ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT
JOB SUMMARY
Participate in the effective implementation and operation of the Enterprise
Risk Management activities and Initiatives. Assist in Risk assessment of the
Company supply chain and in the preparation and ERM reports and provide advice
to departments on various ERM related matters. Facilitate in comprehensive and
thorough risk identification and analysis of ERM risks to which Company and
subsidiaries are exposed as well as the evaluation and provision of
recommendations for the reduction, elimination, avoidance, and transfer of
these risks for existing and proposed assets.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Facilitate the identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting of
risks by various Risk Owners across business functions in Company and advise
on all ERM related matters.
b) Maintain quantitative tools and models that assist in estimating the
likelihood and severity of risk events, generate cash flow at risk reports
(CFaR) and support teams for risk adjusted return on capital (RAROC) models.
c) Analyze risk management metrics and report on performance of Company and
its operations on the same; quantify and prioritize risks, validate decision-
making analytics, assumptions, and methodologies as mandated.
d) Maintain ERM policies, procedures, tools, and systems and administer roll
out of ERM related training and other ERM related employee communications.
MINIMUM RELATED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
a) Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
b) Related Work Experience (Type and years): Minimum ‎8 years of experience
within a major petroleum organization preferably upstream including
application of risk management principles.
SENIOR INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Information Security Officer will be responsible for the overall
management of organizations InformationSecurity Program including
implementation, development and maintenance of comprehensive IT security
policies, procedures, business continuity and assessment required to protect
system from internal and external threats; The Senior Information Security
Officer is also responsible for overseeing Information Risk Management
activities, performing Risk Assessment and reporting information about
potential and existing information security risks and threats and supporting
the IT Team to apply safeguards to further parts of the organization ensuring
the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Operational IT Systems.
‎1. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
e) Manage the overall Information Security program and develop a Resilience
Framework.
f) Develop and Review Information Security Policies and Procedures as per
Australian Privacy Act, ISMS and GDPR.
g) Act as the organization’s representative with respect to inquiries from
customers, partners, and the general public regarding the organization’s
security strategy
h) Develop and govern Information Classification and Loss prevention policies.
i) Review the ongoing maintenance of the certification/compliance such as
ISO27001 ISMS.
j) Quickly understand business security & continuity needs and be able to dive
deeply into technology issues.
k) Ensure the Security architecture principles are well laid out and in line
with the business objectives.
l) Identify and assess IT security risk/ exposure on new and existing
infrastructure & information architecture, design, and operations.
m) Recommend appropriate corrective actions to resolve/mitigate the
Information security incidents. This includes working closely with the
company’s compliance, forensic, internal audit and legal teams, as needed.
n) Ensure protection of the intellectual property of the organisation.
o) Review existing disaster recovery, crisis management, and business
continuity plans and provide recommendation and guidance for Business
Continuity.
MINIMUM RELATED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field.
Be accredited with a Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP) or a similar security recognized accreditation such as CISM, GCIA,
GWAPT, CISA.
System Cloud Specialist – IT
Job Summary
Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of cloud
computer systems, virtual servers, and services, which also includes handling
all aspects of employee support for these systems and services, it also
entails the administration for renewals and expansion of these contracts.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Comply to end-user policies, procedures and guidelines for all quality
standards currently in force and facilitate and provide necessary support in
any audits conducted in own department as per the audit role assigned, operate
within established ERM policies and procedures and manage job-related risks
within established risk thresholds; Obtain management authorizations for risks
beyond individual tolerance thresholds. Monitor and maintain the internal
business processes to confer with planned automated workflow integration.
Job Descriptions
Evaluate and recommend cloud systems that best suit business requirements.
Migrate information and services into the cloud systems.
Handle all employee support calls and emails for Cloud systems.
Administrator and maintain Microsoft Azure Services, Company SharePoint
portal, Website and Email services, custom made applications including mobile
applications that are requested by the Company, Virtual data centre using
Windows Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), sites for SharePoint online on
Office ‎365, business intelligence solutions (Power BI) for Company,
Administer the integration of Office ‎365 Cloud Solution into Companies IT
Infrastructure.
Assume full responsibility for performing HSE related duties and roles as
envisaged by HSE policies and standards.
Operate within established ERM policies and procedures and manage job-related
risks within established risk thresholds; Obtain management authorizations for
risks beyond individual tolerance thresholds.
Qualification:
Bachelors'' degree in Computer Science, Management Information System,
Computer Engineering or similar computer discipline.
