Description
European Account Executive – Public Sector
INRIX is seeking a world class Account Executive, with proven experience in
the Intelligent Transport Systems and Services industry. The position will be
responsible for delivering and growing sales for INRIX solutions and products
across European countries, with a focus towards developing Public Sector
business at both National and Regional levels, especially in and around the
Nordic countries.
The position location is flexible, it reports to the Head of Public Sector in
EMEA. You will clearly demonstrate a proactive, business partnership style,
with the ability to lead and deliver at all levels and have a solid technical
background, with leadership style and capacity to assume increasing
responsibility as the company continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities


Development and management of the sales pipeline


Manage and identified opportunities, developing and converting them.


Directly lead and manage the overall sales process, identified opportunities
both existing and net new, developing and converting, assist in determining
annual/monthly sales forecasts and update company leadership


Develop and manage Go To Market plan and work closely with colleagues in
marketing/product/engineering for expanding the company’s customer base


Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with current and prospective ITS
industry partners and bodies; cultivate and manage partnerships.


Identify, review and lead internal collaboration on tender responses.


Provide insights and input into pricing and product/service packaging
strategies.


Analyse market opportunities and provide customer/competitive/market insights.
Required Skillset


Established and proven ITS experience in DaaS/SaaS offerings to Public Sector
is a must.


Extensive experience with leading and managing the development of proposals
and tender responses at all levels.


Deep relationships and contacts within European government countries and
partners, proven knowledge of government transportation operations and
transportation planning.


Significant experience in managing the sales relationships with customers and
the ability to navigate National organisations to reach and influence key
decision makers.


Excellent ability to organise, synthesise, and present information.


Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial
organisation.


Excellent ability to organise, produce and present information to senior
leadership and key stakeholders.


Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion; proven ability to meet
and exceed revenue targets.


Comfortable presenting product demonstrations and participating in technical
discussions.


Strong written and oral communication skills.


Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.


Proficiency using SalesForce.com.


A willingness to travel overnight up to ‎40%.


Work location by a major transport hub.
