Company Description
Illume Behavior is an Applied Behavior Analysis services provider located in
Jabriya, Kuwait. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals
aged 18 months to 21 years through quality Applied Behavior Analysis services.
We work with families, schools, and communities to help individuals reach
their full potential.
Role Description
This is a full-time and part-time positions are avaliable.
The position is for an on-site role for a Behavior Analyst (QBA or BCBA) at
Illume Behavior.
The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting assessments,
developing individualized behavior intervention plans, implementing behavior
management strategies, providing parent education, and monitoring progress.
The Behavior Analyst will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing
data, as well as training and supervising behavior technicians and staff.
Qualifications
Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management principles
Experience with conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior
intervention plans
Strong data collection and analysis skills
Experience with providing parent education and training behavior technicians
and staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst
certification is required
