About the job
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HORECA Account Manager to join
our team.
As an Account Manager specializing in the HORECA sector, you will be
responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our hotel,
restaurant, and catering clients.
Your primary focus will be to understand their unique needs, develop tailored
solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role requires a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, outstanding
communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing HORECA clients.
· Regularly meet with clients to understand their business goals and needs.
· Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and services to meet
those needs.
· Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion within the
HORECA sector.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and
services.
· Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.

Qualifications:
