About the job
Elementary Teacher Assistant ( Female )

Requirement
Bachelors' degree in English Literature
TA experience is a plus
Professional fluency in English
Excellent use of Technology
Main duties
Prepare the physical environment of the classroom for all lessons
Ensure and maintain the implementation of routines and procedures.
Present in all classes except Quran , Ruya , IT & PE periods
Assist with the display of class or subject materials, including those of
students' work
Work with individuals and groups of students as arranged by the class/ subject
teachers
Provide help for below level students during classes (as directed by their
teachers)
Assist with creating teacher made resources ( just grade ‎1 & ‎2 )
Assist with creating and managing extra school activities
Substitute for the subject teacher in the event of his/ her absence or
elsewhere according to HOD or admin plan.
Attend all development workshops & admin meetings
Ensure that students meet the expectation of the school in term of behavior
and discipline. Prepare stuff & apply her class motivational techniques and
implement consequences with the class teachers.
Track students' attendance according to school regulations
Contact parents with the teacher to check , inform and discuss their kids
behavioral and absence issues
Keep detailed records / anecdotal note.
Distribute and collect administration's letters and money
Supervise students according to individual duty outlined in duty schedule
Cary out such duties as may be assigned by principal , deputies , or HODs (
during substitutions )
