Marketing Manager
About the job
Location: Remote - Europe (Malta / Spain)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join our
team at REEVO, an up-and-coming game development company in the iGaming
industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing
innovative marketing strategies to promote our iGaming products and engage our
target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive
customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various online and
offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
to promote our iGaming products and services.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across
digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing,
SEO/SEM, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis,
and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt marketing
strategies accordingly.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong, positive
brand image in the iGaming industry.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing
initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure
they meet their individual and team goals.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
while controlling costs.
Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with
affiliates, influencers, and other key stakeholders to drive marketing
initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the iGaming
industry.
In-depth knowledge of iGaming trends, market dynamics, and preferably also
affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and channels.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM
systems, and SEO platforms.
Grow the brand awareness of the company within the iGaming space
New customer acquisition via ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotions
Exploring new advertising opportunities
Conduct and interpretation of industry specific market analyses
Assist in the organization of the promotional events and logistics
Manage the content and PR on the company’s website and the social media pages
(Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their
distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing
Seeking PR and interview opportunities for the stakeholders in the company
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
Responsible for the localization of marketing and sales materials including
website content, brochures, presentations, digital banners, videos and any
marketing assets that is aligned to the highest quality of the company brand
requirements
Work with the Sales Team to craft compelling sales collateral that
communicates the unique value proposition, engages prospects and helps close
deals
Analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative
marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong budget management skills.
Extensive understanding of operators and players needs, and/or network of
affiliates/streamers will be considered a plus
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the iGaming target audience.
Certification in marketing or related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of multiple languages can be an advantage for targeting
international markets.
Willingness and experience to work in small teams and when getting things
done, creativity, flexibility, and innovation are keys
Strong negotiation skills and an analytic personality
Result-oriented, proactive and precise working attitude
Reporting to Head of Sales
