JOB DESCRIPTION
• Collaborating with the IT team on the development and maintenance of network
infrastructure.
• Running diagnostic tests on the communication between Routers, Switches, and
servers.
• Enhancing network security, as well as documenting network processes,
changes, and cabling layouts.
QUALIFICATION
• Must hold a High School Certificate (12 Years of Schooling) and Diploma
holder in electronics, communication, telecommunication, Computer, or a
related area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a NOC technician, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, protocols, and
security.
• Great interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• On-call availability outside of business hours.

مؤهل
• يجب أن يحمل شهادة الثانوية العامة (12 سنة دراسية) وحامل الدبلوم في
الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات أو الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية أو الكمبيوتر أو
المجال ذي الصلة.
• الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات من الخبرة كفني NOC، أو ما شابه ذلك.
• معرفة متقدمة بتقنيات الشبكات، والاتصال، والبروتوكولات، والأمن.
• قدرات كبيرة في التعامل مع الآخرين، والتواصل، والتعاون.
• توافر عند الطلب خارج ساعات العمل.
