VRF Sales & Marketing Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Sales and margin forecast and realization.
Responsible for the promotion of DX/VRF products towards their customers.
Responsible for high level product and application training to the potential
customers and provide Seminars/trainings towards the consultants and decision
makers in the commercial and
industrial market segments.
Discuss with consultants and key accounts their specific projects.
Handle enquiries and quotations received both internally within the
organization and from external customers. Maintain project pipeline and
forecast with regular updates.
Work with application team/engineer to provide solutions to consultants / key
accounts.
Spec in product with key consultants and projects with support from
application team. Attend sales training from manufacturer and continuously
update on product knowledge.
Lead the sales process from Quotation to invoicing stage.
Benchmark product and positioning with competition and leverage advantages to
win projects.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum ‎2-‎5 years of experience preferably in a contracting company in Kuwait
or the GCC
region.
Familiarity with the industry trends and competition.
Strong product knowledge: DX/VRF or similar products. Strong relationships at
major consulting and contracting firms.
Experience in HVAC mainly (DX & VRF). Chillers & airside is a plus.
Should have KSE Membership. Bilingual (Arabic & English)

مسؤوليات العمل:
توقعات المبيعات والهامش وتحقيقها.
مسؤول عن ترويج منتجات DX/VRF لعملائه.
مسؤول عن التدريب عالي المستوى على المنتجات والتطبيقات للعملاء المحتملين وتقديم
ندوات / دورات تدريبية للاستشاريين وصناع القرار في المجال التجاري و
قطاعات السوق الصناعية.
ناقش مع الاستشاريين والحسابات الرئيسية مشاريعهم المحددة.
التعامل مع الاستفسارات وعروض الأسعار الواردة داخليًا داخل المنظمة ومن العملاء
الخارجيين. الحفاظ على خط أنابيب المشروع والتنبؤ مع التحديثات المنتظمة.
العمل مع فريق التطبيق/المهندس لتقديم الحلول للاستشاريين/الحسابات الرئيسية.
المواصفات في المنتج مع الاستشاريين الرئيسيين والمشاريع بدعم من فريق التطبيق.
حضور التدريب على المبيعات من الشركة المصنعة والتحديث المستمر للمعرفة بالمنتج.
قيادة عملية البيع من مرحلة عرض الأسعار إلى مرحلة إعداد الفواتير.
المنتج المعياري وتحديد المواقع مع المنافسة والاستفادة من المزايا للفوز
بالمشاريع.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة. - خبرة
لا تقل عن ‎2-‎5 سنوات ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة مقاولات في الكويت أو دول مجلس
التعاون الخليجي
منطقة.
- الإلمام باتجاهات الصناعة والمنافسة.
معرفة قوية بالمنتج: DX/VRF أو منتجات مماثلة. علاقات قوية مع كبرى شركات
الاستشارات والمقاولات.
خبرة في مجال التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) بشكل رئيسي (DX & VRF).
المبردات والجانب الجوي ميزة إضافية.
يجب أن يكون لديك عضوية KSE. ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية)
