Looking for Camp HR Supervisor
Job Description
Reports to Senior HR Supervisor
Employs, trains and supervises staffs to ensure acceptable performance of
assigned job duties.
Supervises and orients all camp tenants.
Enforces health and safety regulations at facilities.
Ensures security of camp facilities and camp personnel
Management of catering, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, security and
administration of camp
Maintains high standard of accommodation facility, food quality and hygiene
Responsible for implementing the company procedures, managing and overseeing
the activities of the whole camp and catering division.
Handles direct operations and maintenance for camp accommodation and
associated infrastructure and carry out preventive maintenance. .
To facilitate the inspection with HSE, Fire Team & Security
To carry out inspections and audit and track actions closeouts.
To deal with camp issues, personal issues of the workers and other issues
related to concerned authorities.
To procure necessary supplies and liaise with management to obtain approval
for the same.
Qualification
Bachelor degree
Experience in labor camp administration at least ‎3 years

يفرض لوائح الصحة والسلامة في المرافق.
يضمن أمن مرافق المخيم وموظفي المخيم
إدارة خدمات تقديم الطعام والتدبير المنزلي وصيانة المعدات والأمن وإدارة المخيم
يحافظ على مستوى عالٍ من مرافق الإقامة وجودة الطعام والنظافة ويكون مسؤولاً عن
تنفيذ إجراءات الشركة والإدارة والإشراف على أنشطة المخيم بأكمله وقسم تقديم
الطعام.
يتعامل مع العمليات والصيانة المباشرة لأماكن إقامة المخيم والبنية التحتية
المرتبطة بها وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية.

لتسهيل التفتيش مع الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفريق الإطفاء والأمن
لإجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وتتبع عمليات إغلاق الإجراءات.
التعامل مع قضايا المخيم والقضايا الشخصية للعاملين وغيرها من القضايا المتعلقة
بالجهات المعنية.
لشراء الإمدادات اللازمة والاتصال بالإدارة للحصول على الموافقة على ذلك.
مؤهل
درجة البكالوريوس
- خبرة في إدارة معسكرات العمل لا تقل عن ‎3 سنوات
