About the job
Opportunity
As our Company is growing, we are looking for a seasoned Global Talent
Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. In this important role, you will
differentiate the company in the marketplace and work in close collaboration
with our Global Talent Acquisition Community to develop and implement
strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position
requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. You will
look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent
pipelines for future hiring needs. We are looking for an initiative-taker who
can work independently with minimal supervision and with a high-level of
creativity.

Location: Europe
Responsibilities:
Proactively Source passive candidates through extensive name generation
research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent
pool database searching, and research.
Identify, research, generate, and network with potential job candidates in
order to convert individuals into job applicants.
Deliver market mapping and research projects (globally), company profiling,
utilising market insight to support pipelines growth and build business
knowledge.
Identify all candidates suitable for the requisitions through networking,
utilising online databases, social media, contact lists, internal applicants,
and employee referrals.
Use all possible means to engage those candidates in a timely manner & ensure
up-to-date CV’s are received from potential candidates.
Identification, pre-screening, role alignment and tracking of high calibre
candidates, utilising the full spectrum of direct sourcing and research
methodologies.
Ability to assess candidates skills, technical capabilities, salary range,
availability and cultural fit.
Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines as well as vast networks of
professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharmaceutical and
biotech industries.
Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Partners on filling and moving the
front-end candidate pipeline forward through profile reviews, candidate
contact and moving qualified applicants into the Recruiting work-stream.
Participate in job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events,
as needed.
Execute on ad hoc responsibilities such as performing specialised candidate
management, and other duties, as required.
Maintain database/Pipelines to ensure view of where key talent is available
for the business area.
Deal with relevant recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
