Shop Supervisor - Chocolate Store
About the job
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Shop Supervisor for a chocolate
store, who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation
of our store. Also will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of
the retail team, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a delightful
shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership to the retail team, including training,
scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and
resolving issues promptly.
Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and organization to maintain adequate
stock of chocolates and related products.
Manage store displays and visual merchandising to enhance the overall
aesthetics and appeal of the store.
Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets and goals.
Responsible for cash handling, including opening and closing registers and
daily cash reconciliation.
Ensure the quality and freshness of chocolates are consistently maintained.
Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of the store to create a welcoming
environment.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other
relevant data for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and
safety regulations.
Provide training to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer
service best practices.
Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate product deliveries.
