Looking for Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions
are recorded.
• Analyze financial information and support for preparing financial statements
• Coordinate with management to prepare budgets
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures
• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries
• Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card
transactions.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records
• Keep updated budgets; able to handle monthly payroll disbursements and
invoices and confirm expense vouchers and purchase orders
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies. Complete end of month close
procedures.
• Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of
financial documents.
* Prepare all reports each Monthly, Quartey and Yearly
Skills Required : Odoo or Xero or Zoho
Experience : Above 3 years
Ready to work any shift
Work Location : Aswaq Qurain
Salary KD 325/- + Transport allowance.
