We seek efficient and courteous applicants with excellent skills". Responsible
for ensuring all administrative activities are carried out & maintained as per
local regulatory authorities’ requirements and the company's policies and
procedures.
* Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Deals with Government Offices for new / renewal of company-related
documents.
• Timely renewal of Trade, Commercial, and other associated licenses for the
company through various government agencies.
• Handling and following with registration process with the Ministry of Labor,
Social Security, etc (For Kuwaiti Employees)
• Follow up with the Government Agencies for all submitted applications.
• Timely renewal, and transfer (In/Out) employee residence through government
authorities (Ministry of Labor & Interior).
• Tracking and ensuring all records are maintained for Incoming and Outgoing
employees for the timely transfer of residency.
• Follow up with respective government agencies for any complaints or issues
related to employers and employees.
• Timely and appropriate actions in recording complaints with the Ministry of
Labor and Interior for absconding employees.
• Liaison with the Ministry of Interior (Traffic Dept.) for new and renewals
of company vehicle registration.
• Supporting company employees/drivers for the new and renewals of driving
licenses.
• Liaison with the Public Authority for Social Security (PIFSS) for monthly
subscription payments for Kuwaiti staff.
• Coordination and follow-up with the Accounts and Finance team for timely
payment to PIFSS.
• Coordination with Legal team for employee-related legal cases
Managing and maintaining all electronic access credentials related to
government authorities.
• Processing and follow-up on all online applications related to company
operations.
• Liaison with Lease contract partners for contractual coordination, payment
settlements, and other follow-up in coordination with the office team.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Management.
* Skills:
• Communication, coordination, and collaboration.
• Writing clear, specific, and accurate communication.
* Work Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same or related field.
* Other Requirements:
• Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Joining Availability: by a week
