Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Call Center Customer Service
Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for
handling customer inquiries, providing support to customers, ensuring customer
satisfaction, managing customer service issues, and creating an outstanding
customer experience. This is a hybrid role with some on-site work located in
Kuwait City Metropolitan Area and the opportunity for some remote work.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction,
Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
