Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Al
Asimah, Kuwait. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day
operations, hiring, training, and managing staff, ensuring customer
satisfaction, and communicating with senior management. The Restaurant Manager
will also be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring
compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining inventory
levels.
Qualifications:
- Hiring and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Food and Beverage knowledge and experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in the F&B; industry, particularly in a managerial role
