Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at the Corporate
Department of Meshari Alosaimi Law Firm in Kuwait. As a Senior Associate, you
will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to clients in
various fields of corporate law. You will be expected to work on various
projects and transactions, manage client relationships, lead and mentor a team
of talented professionals, and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of
legal matters, including drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
2. Handle complex matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents,
