As an HR Recruitment Officer at our company in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait, you
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This
includes sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill
various positions within the organization. You will also be responsible for
building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, conducting interviews,
coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process
for new hires. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong

interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Work on the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate
qualifications and fit with the organization.
Conduct in-person interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
