As a Reliability Engineer - Artificial Lift, you will need to have a
reliability background as that is a major portion of the Job scope in Kuwait.
As an Reliability Engineer - Artificial Lift , you will be responsible for:
Communicating across direct organization.
Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross
functional teams on how technologies interconnect to overall strategy.
Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing
right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for
negotiating and client specific conditions.
Managing Reliability, DIFA and failure investigation for ESP Equipment.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree
Have at least 5 years of experience in Artificial Lift
Have an extensive reliability experience with ESP
Have a membership of Kuwait society of engineering (KSE) approval
Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have an excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
