About the role:
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving
partnerships that enhance our gaming ecosystem and fuel our growth. You will
be a key player in defining and executing our partnership strategy,
identifying opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders, and building
lasting relationships that contribute to our success.
The Quest:
Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy
aligned with the company's goals and vision for each business vertical.
Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Identify potential partners, evaluate
their suitability, and assess the strategic value they bring to our gaming
ecosystem.
Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations with potential partners,
ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and innovation.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
existing partners, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and
emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities that give us a
competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development,
marketing, and other teams to align partnership initiatives with our overall
business strategy.
Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure

The Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a strategic partnerships role within the video game
industry.

ecosystem.
