Job Description:
As a Project Manager at WITS, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment
and management of multiple telecom projects, including Civil Works, Telecom
Equipment (TE), and In-Building Solutions (IBS). Your primary responsibility
will be to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and
meets the highest quality standards while aligning with the objectives defined
in the business case.
Responsibilities:-
• Develop & manage all aspects of project management from planning, execution,
external vendor’s relationships, communications, resources, budget, change,
risks & issues.
• Project life cycle ownership, from initiation, Planning… till Closing
• Prepare detailed Project Implementation Plan (PIP) for all phases of the
project
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by mentoring & motivating team
members to meet project goals by adhering to their responsibilities & project
milestones
• Manage day-to-day project activities, resources and chairs the project
management meetings
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
• Monitor & Manage projects issues and risks, to mitigate their impact
• Preparing the Statement of Work and Specifications for the project
• Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and
quality standards
• Develop & deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations to various
audiences, including project team, sponsors & key stakeholders
• Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure project
deliverables meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Providing Technical Support to Engineering Teams
• Maintaining Strong relationship with customer to ensure the projects
performances meet with customer qualification.
Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive experience ‎5-‎7 Years as Project Manager in Kuwait Telecom Industry
• Bilingual & Local candidates based in the Kuwait are required.
• Having experience for ERP Odoo are preferred
• Immediately Join and Transferable Resident #‎18 only
