Responsibilities :-
•Coordinating work activities with other team members to ensure that projects
are completed on time and within budget
•Providing training to crew members on safety precautions, company policies,
and job skills
•Scheduling staff time efficiently to ensure that all project goals are met
within specified time frames
•Monitoring the progress of construction projects to ensure that contractors
are meeting deadlines and adhering to specifications
•Estimating costs for labor and materials needed for projects
•Coordinating with other team members to ensure that all aspects of a project
are completed on time.
•Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and customers to
monitor the progress of construction projects
•Recording construction details such as measurements, materials used, and
building codes used
•Managing safety procedures on construction sites to ensure worker safety.
Job Requirements :-
1-Immediately to join or less than one month
2-Gender : Male
3-Nationality : Philippine – Indian
4-Education : Diploma – Bachelor qualitative in administration )
5-Years of Experience : 3 - 5 Years minimum
6-Prefer have driving license
7-Residency available ( Article 18 )
