URGENTLY REQUIRED IT Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our dynamic IT
team.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and
systems.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
Assist in managing and maintaining servers, ensuring system stability and
security.
Perform routine software updates and patch management.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and user access.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software
applications.
Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Kuwait Driver s license mandatory
