Reception Executive Vacancy
One of the reputed engineering company in Shuwaikh Industrial areas is looking
for Reception Executive to join their team who will be Responsible for
facilitating the reception sales and customer relations of radiators.
Responsibilities:
? Handling Customers, managing incoming calls, emails and correspondences.
? Providing Clear and Concise information to the customers about job, status,
delivers etc.
? Preparing quotations, invoices. Maintaining database and records.
? Coordinating and facilitating communication with customers and between
different departments in the organization.
? Liase with the workshop engineer and provide technical information to the
customers utilizing mechanical engineering knowledge.
? Enforcing safety protocols and regulations for visitors and employees.
? Ensuring customers & visitors have a positive experience while in the
company.
Qualifications
? Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of
experience in the same field.
? Self-driven, detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced Computers skills in MS Office
and other software s.
? Organizational and multitasking skills.
? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Must hold a Valid Kuwait Driving License.
? Transferable Article #18 Visa
