Hiring Marketing and Sales Manager - Money Remittance

Responsibilities:

depth knowledge of the remittance industry and digital marketing trends to
identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Digital Marketing: Lead the development and implementation of innovative
digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new
customers. Leverage various digital channels, including social media, email
marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of branch managers and sales
representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Provide
guidance and support to help them achieve individual and collective sales
targets.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, customer
analysis, and competitor assessments to identify trends, customer preferences,
and areas for improvement. Translate insights into actionable strategies and
marketing initiatives.
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip branch
staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Stay
updated on industry best practices and share relevant insights with the team.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor branch performance and sales metrics,
analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with
relevant stakeholders, agents, and financial institutions to expand the
company''s reach and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
management, with a proven track record in the financial services industry,
specifically in money remittance or related sectors. Demonstrated success in
implementing digital marketing strategies is an asset.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques,
tools, and platforms, including social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO,
PPC, and content marketing. Ability to leverage digital channels effectively
to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a motivational and
empowering management style. Prior experience leading high-performing teams in
a sales-driven environment is highly desirable.
Financial Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the money
remittance sector, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards,
and market dynamics.
