PARTS ADVISOR
Role:
1. Ensure retail sales/counter sales of Spare Parts by the way of
consultative
selling and relationship building with the customers.
2. Determine the correct Spare Parts required for the replacement purpose
using Parts Catalogue effectively and in a timely manner.
3. Ensure all necessary parts are stocked in the branch and sold to retall
customers, nearby garages, mechanics, and retailers. 4. Up to date record
keeping and management of inventory in the branch.
5. Take care of the customer complaints and resolve them in an amicable
manner.
General Requirements:
1. Strong analytical skills - working on large data on MS Excel and working
on ERP, 2. Valid driving license is an advantage.
3. 5 years' experience in Sales of Parts/Lubes/Batteries- Retail After-Market
space.
4. Good communication skills - Arabic language is a must.
