Administrator – IT Application
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations understanding and hands-on experience
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user assistance post-implementation, ensuring smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
* Ensuring that new solutions fit into the IT architecture, are aligned with the IT strategy, and standardized at a regional level.
* Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 application design and architecture components
* Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
* Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities.
* Planning and executing data conversion activities
* Should have worked on Workflows.
* Configured Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to streamline workflows and enhance user experiences.
* Training and support
* Ability to work in a team environment and add to his team’s knowledge base and AX and D365 F&O; experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Experience:
* Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar field
* Knowledge of Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Procurement & sourcing
* Inventory management
* Product Information management
* Sales Module
* Project Module
Competencies Required
* Fluent in English
* Diversified IT technical background
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Established project management & decision-making skills.
* Proven functional skills.
* Ability to deliver within allocated resources and deadlines.
