Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, and manage engaging content for social media channels.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices
to enhance brand visibility.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster
community engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and
branding across all platforms.
Analyze social media metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the
success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing giveaways, campaigns and promotions to drive
audience participation.
Stay vigilant about potential reputation issues or crises on social media and
proactively address them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Majorly responsible for onboarding and KYC verification of new clients on Ajar
platform.
Verify and qualify new landlord details.
Verify the KYC Documents such as National ID/ Commercial License, Activation
Form and/or Contract, Property ownership etc. of the landlords and make sure
it complies with the internal procedures.
Check and confirm the activation form/contract is completely filled and
signed.
Verify bank details, and add the same to the Ajar system.
Add the properties and import tenants to the landlord's Ajar system and link
to the desired bank.
Confirm Zendesk ticket on the account activation.
Reviews escalated support tickets that need immediate attention.
Prepare the needed reports relating to accounts creation and onboarding
Assess new client onboarding gaps and implement process enhancements to
improve client onboarding experience.
Investigate and report any anomalies, analyze results, document findings and
work with the compliance head to develop corrective actions.
Assist in the investigation of potential fraud matters, by gathering and
organizing facts to be reported to the compliance head.
Identify, monitor, control and eliminate fraud transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional to improve systems, diagnose bugs, automate
regular tasks where possible, and address longer-term or recurring issues.
Handle investor relations and matters for holding companies with the CEO.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
