 تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المالية والمحاسبة.
إعداد وإدخال قيود اليومية المباشرة لـ AAW (أي الحسابات الدائنة ، حسابات القبض
، الأصول الثابتة ، إلخ) إلى حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام.
 إجراء تسوية دفتر الأستاذ العام مع دفاتر الأستاذ الفرعية (سيتم تسوية جميع
الحسابات والسجلات الفرعية مع دفتر الأستاذ العام) على أساس شهري وسنوي.
 إبلاغ ومتابعة المدير - الشؤون المالية بشأن أنشطة التسوية بين حسابات دفتر
الأستاذ العام ودفاتر الأستاذ الفرعية ، بالإضافة إلى تسجيل جميع إدخالات الضبط
والإغلاق والعكس لتحقيق التسوية في مثل هذه الحالات (بعد الحصول على موافقة
المدير - الشؤون المالية ).
 ضمان ترحيل دفاتر الأستاذ الفرعية في الوقت المناسب وجميع معاملات نهاية الفترة
وفقًا لإجراءات إغلاق نهاية الشهر.
 إعداد البيانات المالية ، والميزانيات العمومية ، وتقارير الدخل والمصروفات ،
وتحليل التدفق النقدي ، بالإضافة إلى جداول الدعم لضمان الانتهاء في الوقت
المناسب وفقا لجدول الإغلاق الشهري.

Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities
 Implement financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Prepare and enter direct journal entries for AAW (ie Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.) to General Ledger accounts.
 Perform reconciliation of general ledger with subsidiary ledgers (all
subsidiary accounts and records will be reconciled with general ledger) on
monthly and yearly basis.
 Inform and follow up to the Director - Finance on the reconciliation
activities between the general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers, in
addition to recording all adjustment, closing and vice versa entries to
achieve reconciliation in such cases (after obtaining the approval of the
Director - Finance).
 Ensure timely posting of subsidiary ledgers and all period end transactions
in accordance with month end closing procedures.
 Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income and expense reports,
and cash flow analysis, as well as support schedules to ensure timely
completion in accordance with the monthly closing schedule.
 Record all accounting entries in accordance with International Accounting
Standards and AAW's accounting policies and procedures.
Record invoices relating to goods received into appropriate supplier accounts
and prepare AAW commission entries for each invoice as required.
 Maintain cash accounts for all business divisions and stores/showrooms
(brands) of AAW such as Curves, Nike, Crocs, Kickers, Puma etc. and manage
daily recording of sales and monthly account reconciliations in a timely
manner.
Receiving and processing invoices from suppliers and consultants, as well as
matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders.
 Release payments to suppliers and consultants in accordance with the
purchasing and credit policies of the Finance Department.
 Perform periodic reconciliation of petty cash and maintain a record of all
payments relating to all business divisions and stores/showrooms, as well as
prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare bank transfers, cash payments, etc. in order to facilitate payment in
support of AAW operations.
 Monitor the collection of invoices, record all accounts receivable
transactions and submit all supporting documents to ensure timely completion
of accounts for month end closing.
 Assist collectors in collecting daily bills in order to accurately record
them in their respective cash account.
Preparing invoices and informing interested parties to ensure payment
documents are verified within a specified time frame.
Receiving the salary summary report approved by the Human Resources Department
and the Department, and comparing additions and deductions.
 Process payroll for all employees, terminations, status changes, deductions,
direct deposits, schedule statements, rate changes, retroactive adjustments,
and special payments as applicable.
 Prepare reports as required by the Manager - Finance such as payment summary
reports, payroll related reports, general ledger reports, accounts
payable/accounts receivable reports relating to aging, payments due and long
overdue.
 Perform other job related duties assigned by the line manager.
