Data Entry (Research & Development Team)
Job Description:
The R&D; Data Entry is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining
research and development data for our organization. The primary focus of this
role is to support the R&D; team in organizing and managing data related to
testing and analysis. The Data Entry Specialist must have excellent attention
to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter research data into designated databases, ensuring accuracy,
completeness, and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D; team members to gather input and clarification on
data entry requirements.
- Assist in verifying data accuracy by comparing entered information with
source documents, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors.
- Perform routine data queries and reporting tasks to provide timely and
accurate information to the R&D; team.
- Assist in generating reports, graphs, and presentation materials based on
research data as required.
- Review and suggest improvements to data entry processes to enhance
efficiency and accuracy.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide insights on data
management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role( Entry
Level Position).
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
(particularly MS Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and manage large volumes of data with accuracy and
efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per month
